Bayside Dry Gin
Our handcrafted gin's botanicals have been individually distilled using a rotary evaporator. This modern technique of cold distillation allows the flavours to be fresh and crisp. Lively citrus combines with Australian native botanicals to give Bayside Dry Gin an original yet distinctly Melbourne flair.
There are 10 Botanials in Bayside Dry Gin the classics being Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root and Cardamon, with fresh Orange and Grapefruit peels, and Australian Botanicals of Lemon Myrtle, Desert Lime, Cinnamon Myrtle and Mountain Pepperberries.

We are delighted to announce we have won a Bronze medal at the San Francisco Spirt Awards 2020. For a small craft distillery to get recognised at an international spirit competition is amazing and we look forward to adding more gins to our line up.
